Aqualogy BioRemedics was founded in 1996 by its parent corporation as a sister company to Crescent Research Chemicals. Unlike Crescent, Aqualogy BioRemedics is devoted entirely to the natural care and treatment of water through the use of bioremediation. We started out with just one product, OptiBac, which was composed of naturally occuring bacteria that degrades sludge and other organic waste. This bacteria strain was selectively grown and reproduced under laboratory conditions to yiled a highly concentrated bacteria product. Our line of OptiBac products now consists of over 15 products, covering all aspects of bioremediation from water clarification to sewage and petroleum degradation.
