Our Mission Representing Indiana's Petroleum Marketers, Lube Oil Dealers and Convenience Store and Truck Stop Operators. Our History Formed in 1922, the Indiana Petroleum Marketers and Convenience Store Association (IPCA) was originally named the Indiana Independent Petroleum Marketers Association. IPCA was adopted as the official name in 1998. The new name gives a better description of who the Association serves. The idea for IPCA originated from a small group of marketers who believed common goals could be best achieved through group effort. Adhering to that belief, IPCA has grown considerably over the years, both in membership and scope of its activities. IPCA continues to advance the interests of its members through various programs and services.
